We’ll reach back out as soon as possible to begin our consultative process where we understand your structure and scope a bit clearer. We will assess your specifications based on materials, budget, location, site, and what the structure will be used for. This will help us lead you into a customized project.
From residential structures, to commercial and agricultural, our work is expansive and built with quality in mind every step of the way.
RECEIVE A CUSTOMIZED PROPOSAL UNIQUE PLANS FOR YOUR STRUCTURE
fter our initial intake call, our design professionals and masterminds will get to work on creating a specified and unique proposal for your structure, built with your budget and vision in mind.
You can expect to receive this proposal roughly x days after our initial call, and you can decide to move forward whenever. Once we agree on timelines, deliverables and project scope overall, we will take payment upfront for permits ONLY. We are a progress payments business so that our clients pay only as the project proceeds at defined monumental points of completion.
We begin designing your full structure around your needs. Skillfully and thoughtfully done, our skilled team brings your vision to life with the care they’d treat their own.
Once materials for your structure (whether it be lumber, trusses, steel, etc.) are on the ground, we accept the next payment. We call it the Start Draw, upon material delivery. This is roughly 25% of the project total.
Upon building, prior to framing is complete, there is a progress payment before roofing and siding is installed. This is in case there are any changes that you want to implement, we accept what is called the- Framing Draw.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH AND PAYMENT ALL BUILDINGS MUST PASS FINAL
Final touches are complete at this stage, from the finishing details to the keys being yours.
Once your structure is complete, you may be thinking, “Ok, now I can use it!”. And that is partially true, but we have to first make sure this structure passes the final walkthrough.
Final Payment is only expected after the administrative body finals or issues a certificate of occupancy. Unless agreed otherwise.
